Yes… I know I'm late to the conversation. Must be
unimaginably boring to read more about the topic, so these are my thoughts…
I’ll talk about it in chronological order…
Opening shot. I'm thinking Tattooine but we recently found out it’s not, it will probably be called Jakku.
Crashed X-Wing in the foreground with glider in the back. Then “OHHH GOD, STAR DESTROYER…”
The voice over starts. Thought it was Luke straight away but sounds oddly young, may be edited from the original trilogy, as the lines are familiar but slightly different. He is talking about the Skywalker line and it’s link with the force…. Leading me to think the girl in the video, Rey (Daisy Ridley) is a Skywalker of some kind. Most probably the daughter of Leia and Han.

R2 – D2 and the hand, which initially had me thinking “DEFINTELY LUKE” still think it is, but as to what this scene is about, I'm still baffled.Looks like Rey is being handed, her grandfathers lightsaber.

Oscar Isaac’s character, Poe Dameron in an X-Wing, just looking badass.
Kylo Ren is seen slashing his triple bladed lightsaber, for the closest shave yet… But this is a big thing, as we still don’t know who was cast for this role and how much of a role this character will have in the series. I happen to think this is Adam Driver, and as to his role or purpose in the film, I subscribe to the theory that he may be a Sith Relic hunter. Linking him to Rey, who is constantly seen, what appears to be hording artifacts and then running from an explosion with Finn (John Boyega) with what appears to be an old staff. Some believe this Sith is Rey’s brother…. Could be interesting.
Storm Troopers turning, with their leader in the back… who is that???
Daisy is gorgeous, just felt like it had to be said…
Awesome practical hanger bay scene… explosions and sh!t… Storm trooper doing backflips and stuff…
Boyega may have asthma in this film… Always heavy breathing.
Star Destroyer to Chrome Trooper, who I hope is actually Gwendoline Christie… Just has the right shape and stature.
BB8 YOU CUTE MOFO…. I feel like they should make a spin off of just it…
